About Trenic TKD
Trenic Taekwon-Do was founded by Grandmaster Trevor Nicholls (IX Degree), one of the most respected figures in ITF Taekwon-Do today.
Grandmaster Nicholls began his martial arts journey in the early 1970s and in 1983, founded the Imperial Taekwon-Do Association. Starting with a strong core of students, Imperial grew rapidly as instructors and clubs across the country were drawn to its vision and high training standards.
To accommodate this national expansion, Grandmaster Nicholls established UK ITF in 2010. Today, he serves as Senior Vice President and Secretary General of the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) and CEO of the British Taekwondo Council (BTC).
Through his dedicated leadership, Trenic Taekwon-Do has developed from strong local roots into a professional training network of clubs across the Hillingdon Buckinghamshire and Poole. Over the years, our academies have produced hundreds of Black Belts, high-ranking Masters, and elite international athletes who represent the country on the world stage.
