Mr. McAvoy serves as Chief Instructor for the Yiewsley TKD Academy, bringing over two decades of training experience and more than 10 years of teaching. A former UK, European, and World Champion, he has succeeded at the highest levels of the art and now dedicates his time to sharing that expertise with students of all ages and abilities. Known for his energetic and motivating teaching style, Mr McAvoy works closely with students of all levels, guiding beginners through their initial steps all the way to international competition. He seamlessly combines Taekwon-Do knowledge and instruction with physical conditioning, drawing on his background as a certified Personal Trainer and Level 2 England Boxing coach.
