Ms. Humphries is a 5th Degree Black Belt and full-time senior instructor heading our Poole Taekwon-Do Academy. With years of hands-on coaching, she is dedicated to creating an encouraging, structured environment where students of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels are guided to achieve their personal goals. Beyond her work in the Dojang, Ms. Humphries plays a leading role in Taekwon-Do governance as a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director for the British Taekwondo Council (BTC).
